It's a recipe my mom invented back in the day when there wasn't much but a pound of hamburger and cans of pork n' beans in the larder. add onion, garlic, catsup, mustard, salt, pepper, worchestershire to taste. served with fresh buttered bread, and vegies

Don't feel like cooking much but do plan to have lobster tails tomorrow. Yum!

7. bacon, mushroom, spinach quiche

...with cubes of mozzarella and some parm. A grate of nutmeg in the egg/cream mixture. Oh, and some fine dice red onion caramelized with the mushrooms.

It's lookin' good.

Serving it with a chopped salad with carrots, English cuke, flat-leaf parsley, radishes, radicchio and a vinaigrette.

Lots of veggies tonight!

broccoli for a side. Older son refused any, but the younger son ate older son's portion, so it evened out.
