I’m using my quarantine time to eat up stuff I’ve stashed in the freezer. I found a lovely strip steak I had vacuum sealed back in November, so into the sous vide tank it went. A quick sear on cast iron plus microwave broccoli made for an exceptionally tasty dinner.
