Dinner March 26

Felt like something warm and filling. I do mine with smoked ham hocks.

Chicken stock
Celery
Carrots
Onion
Bay leafs
Yukon gold potatoes
Fresh parsley
Thickened with Hungry Jack instant potatoes.
Topped with Sour cream green onions and cheddar cheese
