I use this one-https://www.budgetbytes.com/taco-seasoning

Note--The recipe below makes approximately 2 Tbsp of seasoning, so if you plan to scale the recipe up to make the seasoning in bulk, use about 2 Tbsp seasoning for every one pound of meat/ beans/veggies

I use very little salt, if I'm out of smoked paprika, regular is fine. Assembles in 5 minutes.
Enjoy

What I used to jokingly refer to as "killer potatoes." Saute green pepper, lots of onion in.olive oil, then add cut up potatoes - sometimes sliced, sometimes diced. lol

With scrambled eggs, toast & apricot jam.

😊

On edit: Also, I add a lot of garlic & parsley & black pepper. A dash of iodized salt for thyroid health.

Some mornings I have that, some mornings a baked sweet potato with butter, pecans and cinnamon, some mornings a salad and an egg.

and Killaree cheese (Irish).

Chai.

Maybe some couscous in a little while, after I dig six holes in the garden to transplant broccoli.
