What's for Dinner, Fri., April 17, 2020

Sausages (pork) in sage cream sauce with Yukon golds, cabbage, and bacon.

Cole slaw, using Chinese cabbage and red cabbage; also diced Gala apple. We were going to put a dressing on this but decided we liked it with no dressing, so are having it that way.

Dessert: cookie assortment with spicy Chai tea. Chocolate chip cookies, tea biscuits, and shortbread cookies. We have hazelnut spread to put on the last two.

Fresh button mushrooms that I will slice up and saute in olive oil and butter. Add some onions and a little garlic, then put on a medium-well burger with a big pile of Swiss cheese and some arugula. Brioche bun. Thought about making oven fries, but decided on hash browns instead.
