It's going on the Weber Kettle ... got me some fresh guac, and some fresh salsa (roma tomatoes, serrano & jalapeno peppers, sweet onion, cilantro, lime, salt, dash of garlic and cumin) I just made ... got some tortillas, and some pinto beans ...

Gonna have me a Mexi-Style feast for El 5 De Mayo.

It's Cinco de Mayo, after all.

We're making shrimp fajitas and I'll grill the marinated shrimp along with red and green peppers and onions. The Landlady(!) insisted on making the tortillas from scratch so those will be delicious.

The sides will be the usual suspects: yellow rice, refried beans, lettuce and tomatoes. For condiments we have salsa, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapeño pepper and sour cream. Just in case we need it, there's a bottle of Texas Pete's hot sauce.

Margaritas, 'natch.
