Recipe for Post-Extraction of a Tooth

My wife went to the dentist, once he finally re-opened, because she had pain from a gum or a tooth. The Dentist said, "Oh, my! That has to come out." So, she came home sans one premolar. I said, "No pizza for you!"

Instead, I made Uova Campobello for her:

Ingredients:

6 Large Eggs
1 Bunch Green onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
3/4 cup diced mushrooms
1/2 cup whole milk
Garlic salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning mix.
Butter

Preheat large electric skillet to 325 degrees.
Add three tablespoons of butter to skillet.
Cut up veggies into small dice, and drain tomatoes on paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Add veggies to hot skillet. Stir frequently to soften.
Add seasonings to veggies.
Break eggs into bowl, add milk, and whisk until smooth.
Pour eggs into skillet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
Turn with spatula frequently until they form firm curds, but are still moist.

Remove from skillet when done and plate. Garnish with fresh herbs of choice.

Optional: Simultaneously while cooking eggs, in second skillet, put 1 tablespoon of butter and bring to medium heat. Drop two slices of bread into skillet and turn over immediately so other side also absorbs butter. Toast on both sides until medium brown. Add to plate.

Serve and enjoy.
