Been a long time since I did that.

3/4 cup self rising flour
3 tbs butter
1/3 cup milk

This is for one.
I have found grating the butter or margarine on the big holes of the slaw cutter
Works great. Use fingers to cut into flour.stir in milk. I use the small end of a wooden spoon.
Knead to get all the flour out of the bowl. Put out on floured wax paper, fold over several time.cut ball in 4 pieces. I use a small iron skillet.400 degrees.

I now add a spoonful of sugar and salt. I find this very therapeutic. Do not ask me why a.

pear, apple, and mandarin orange. Covered with cherry yogurt and blueberry kefir. Topped with 1/4 cup of almonds.

Hot lemon water.

I'll bet the aroma of the biscuits baking is divine, TrueBlue.
