over rice.

The veggies are: broccoli, yellow squash, carrots, red bell pepper and onion. (I wish I had mushrooms and celery.)

It’s half chicken pot pie and half shepherds pie. Chicken and some Bisto chicken gravy with some veg and a mashed potato “crust.)

Kale salad and I think I’ll make some Irish Soda bread but make six or eight little ones to throw in the oven. They’ll travel well to school and work in lunches.

Paired with ripe yellow tomato slices on fresh basil leaves with soft mozzerella balls marinated in herbs and balsamic vinegar dressing. Topped with fresh ground peppercorns
