Good Morning, and it is a good morning, too!

Chai tea with cream and agave.

Blueberry kifir with fresh blueberries in it, also toasted almonds and chia seeds. Swirl of agave.

Three little toasted pancakes for crunch.

If I'm still hungry, a cheese-filled pear from yesterday's election party.

I had a 4:45 am wake up to assist a neighbor get to work.

I considered a return to bed, but the sun came up and I made coffee.

I'm considering a ham and cheese on rye to eat.

Four Legged Food Critic awoke coughing a few minutes ago and desired an immediate out and no food. He's now protecting his yard from birds and falling leaves. Plenty of barking now and no cough.

he is necessary to my mornings. I am having a boiled egg, a bagel, some cantaloupe, some coffee with cream. I am also having a stress free, happy Biden/Harris morning. First time in three years I have not opened DU to check whether the Orange Idiot had died. The sun is shining again.
