What's for Dinner, Sun., Nov. 15, 2020

The RG opted for "hearty" again and tonight we are having a ground pork stew.

Stuffed butternut squash topped with cheese. They are cut horizontally and look look like this (not my photo):



Anyway, delicious.

I made a tossed salad and put in fresh arugula that I sowed in the garden back on Sept. 7. Sure takes a long time in the fall to get anything you can use (because of decreasing daylight)

Dessert will be chai tea and fruit. Maybe a butter cookie with the tea later.
