What's for Dinner, Tues., Nov. 17, 2020

Pork sausages and broccoli rabe. Also pork meatballs.

Homemade cornbread in the cast iron skillet.

Now, dessert. I think it will be fresh bread pudding just made an hour ago. Made with a Brioche roll and sweetened Greek yogurt.

However, I also made a coconut cake in the slow cooker!

In addition, the RG bought the most beautiful apple tart when he went to the store today.

So we have a surfeit of riches in the dessert department tonight.

some buffalo style, some w/ bbq sauce
tater tots
carrot sticks w/ bleu cheese dressing

chocolate/chocolate chunk cookies for dessert

That's it for the baking for a while. I need to reserve eggs and butter to make it through Thanksgiving and to the end of the month.

wrapped with bacon and done on the grill, baked potato, steamed carrots/brussels, Dr. Oetger's chocolate mousse and husband had an ice cream bar because he doesn't DO mousse. We discovered Sam's sells prime beef now but not always available. Just have to check back every once in awhile.
