First ROSES have bloomed here,

MD/DC, at a neighbor's house, only one of several houses I check; met the neighbor today, and he said it's OK if I clip them! SO PLEASED!

but really depends on their point of view, availability of sunlight. Have only seen one bush blooming, others about to burst shortly.
