Anybody know a good horticultural oil for spider mites?

1. I have never had to use an oil, but

Neem oil and rosemary oil are often recommended as safe products that kill spider mites.

2. I don't know what it is with our property...

every year we seem to get the goddamn Normandy invasion of spider mites. This spring we removed every living thing from our property and relandscaped. Naively, I hoped maybe that would wipe them out. Now they've attacked our lantana and shrubs. It used to be just the veggie garden.

3. It seems that this is a bad year for them.
