We might end up with another dog. UPDATED: Mon. New Update Tues.

Steve was out walking Marcy and Max when this dog came up and started playing with them. No collar. She's quite friendly and well behaved. She appears to have about as much energy as Marcy.
I printed up some fliers and we're going to post them around the neighborhood. One person up the street said that she's been hanging around their house for about two days. If we don't find out anything I'm going to take her to my vet and get her checked out, shots, etc.

We got in contact with the local shelter and sent them the picture. They will post it on their "Found animals" board
My vet is closed today but I'll go there tomorrow and see if she's been chipped.

She's chipped. Her name is Spring and how she got to my block from 25 miles out in the country is a mystery. I've got 2 phone numbers but no one has answered yet.

I hope you can find her home, but if not, I hope she can find her forever home with you. How lovely that you've taken her in.

Someone might be looking for her, and they might have left word with those shelters, thinking that someone might turn her in.

And she might be micro-chipped, and in that case a vet or shelter can find it and contact the owners, or try to.

She's got the ears, nose and build and her tail curls but is longer.
And she definitely has that high pitched yip.
