Cornwall, England: tiny puppy found in parking lot

A puppy weighing 200 grams, or as much as a block of chocolate, was found in a public parking area in Redruth, Cornwall, England. A member of the public took the puppy to an RSPCA center.

From the article:

The dog is only three weeks old - five weeks younger than the age she would normally be separated from her mother.

Had she not been found, she could have died because of the cold and a lack of water.
