1. I just noticed that Dave Osborn has two of his Akitas in the show this year

"Karma" and "Envy". I always had a secret wish that he'd adopt me just so I could live on his great spread in Wisconsin and be surrounded by lovely bushy Akitas every single day all the time. I really hate winter though, and Wisconsin has fierce ones.

Thanks for the reminder. I didn't realize it was Westminster time again already. They do the working breeds today, yes?

Martha Stewart's Chow was in the show last night; she lives in Katonah, NY, where my folks lived. Got my attention, as folks had a 'great spread' there, but probably not what you have in mind, only a few acres!

I just love German shepherds! Can't wait to see the rest tonight. My hubby will make fun of me though- I cry when I watch dog shows. Not sure why...
