Can't beat paper strips piled up into a pile to jump into. And now it's "kitty nap time" :

2. this time it's limited to in the kitchen...

Last year, putting newspaper shreds in the family room, I'd find them all over the house! Ah well, you're only a kitten once...

That looks like a real mess.

I have that happen occasionally when the cats get into the shredding trash can....and that is often.

5. a broom makes quick work of it.

I sweep it back up into a pile and then they jump into it again. After kitty bedtime, I put it in a bag to be dumped out the next morning, sifting out cat toys as I go!

Looks like two will be going back to the shelter for surgery this Wednesday and the other two will stay a while longer to get over their colds. Still sneezing after all these weeks! Must be some kind of virus.

7. They all saw the shelter's vet this morning...

Looks like three can go off antibiotics but all will be staying with me for another 11 days. Nice to have them here, but boy do they ever eat! They are 10 1/2 weeks old.
