From what I have seen Starling could be homed / humans as well. Some cats adapt well after, some don't. I trapped a queen & 2 kits bout 10 yrs ago, they lived under my shed, and they went to a local cat rescue. The kits were adopted together. Momma cat was spayed, had basic injections, had her ear notched@ same time as spaying, lived out her life as a barn cat w/ one of the rescue volunteers. She was in a warm place, had regular food &, water; she was however wary of any human and she would never go near a humane trap no matter how many cans of tuna were used.

I read on the chat (not sure if confirmed) but Zetta is going to be released. She is not digging humans at this time. That's unfortunate.
