(32,967 posts)From what I have seen Starling could be homed / humans as well. Some cats adapt well after, some don't. I trapped a queen & 2 kits bout 10 yrs ago, they lived under my shed, and they went to a local cat rescue. The kits were adopted together. Momma cat was spayed, had basic injections, had her ear notched@ same time as spaying, lived out her life as a barn cat w/ one of the rescue volunteers. She was in a warm place, had regular food &, water; she was however wary of any human and she would never go near a humane trap no matter how many cans of tuna were used.

(21,857 posts)I read on the chat (not sure if confirmed) but Zetta is going to be released. She is not digging humans at this time. That's unfortunate.
