The image you linked to - I assume because it had the name of the program - is now gone. I live in CO, am poor, and may need to take my dog to the vet soon, if his sudden diarrhea persists. I would LOVE to learn about affordable pet healthcare!

I did a google search and this sounds like the program...

I just realized this article is from last summer, but it looks like they do this clinic once a year, so you might want to call the number on the left and see what it's all about.
