I have to spray the entire outside of the house with poison every year or the house is full of them all winter.
I can verify they don't taste good I have eaten a couple with my Special K. They also bite if they get you on your neck or the inside of your arm it stings but not as much as a bee sting.

When they 1st appeared in Chicago burbs years ago, pretty sure I read that these are genetically engineered to control some other pest.

agriculture people in Georgia to kill aphids on pecan trees.
They were not supposed to survive the winters in the north. But they adapted by moving indoors. You can't fool mother nature.

Madoc is obsessed with trying to catch them so I'll keep an eye on any getting inside.
