3. They left the window will and regrouped on my lap - until I said the magic words.

"Are you hungry?" Then they dashed to the kitchen.

Smart little kitties.

4. Ha ha ha. Yeah, they are quick learners when it comes to food.

My cats all learned that when I go upstairs after dinner it's treats time. Even my most feral one--Sadie, who was several years old before I trapped her and brought her inside--jumps up on the bed, rolls around and head butts me until the handout ends.

9. My cat sometimes ignored whatever I said to him. He wouldn't even turn his head when I called his

name. I was concerned cat might be going deaf. But as soon as I would say "are you hungry" it was clear the cat wasn't deaf at all.
