Follow up on cat weight loss food Diamond Care weight management

Original post here-https://democraticunderground.com/116177251

I got a 6# bag today, both cats got very interested in the package after I unboxed it.
I opened the bag & gave them a few pieces, as I do with the temptations treats. I'm planning on giving them a few of this food as treats for a few days before I start slowly adding it to the current existing dry cat food.
🤞

If you do free feeding, switch to two meals, just enough that they'll eat at once. Karadeniz Mar 2023 #2

She tried it once. Now absolutely will not eat it.

But ty for mentioning it. I'll keep trying for a couple of days before calling Chewy for a refund.

The reviews on Chewy are so-so, with lots of people saying their cats won't eat it or that the cats throw it up.

It doesn't smell like it would be appealing to cats. But not rotten like a bag of Purina Pro Plan dog food I'd bought once. (Smelled like a dirty ash tray.)

Sigh...

Good luck!
