When the Soviets went into Berlin the Germans knew that they were going to rape and murder German women out of anger due to the great losses the Soviets had suffered and they were praying that the American and English troops would get there first since they wouldn't be as vengeful.

The best description of the Eastern Front I've ever seen.

The episode on the Fall of France is also excellent. A very clear explanation of exactly why France fell, and so quickly.
