Thanks for posting in this group, it doesn't get that much traffic.

Freedom of speech matters most for those forms that make people the most uncomfortable.

Thanks! To me, I needed to post somewhere that I thought it was relevant. To me, this is an issue that many DUers seem to miss.
"CIVIL LIBERTIES".
While I check the site regularly during my work day...not many touch on issues like this.

I don't get it. Because I find that the issues and things are really FOUGHT in the "trenches" this is one of them. Many things are posted on the main page that really ignore the civil lib iissues that drive the core of liberalism.

To me, this is one of them. Racism at its core. Coming from an African American who sees it... If this was pushed to a point to where many can see what the hell the actual feeling of a guy who sees the insulting remarks would be great whatever the medium. I felt this would be the most effective way even if a few people saw it. If EarlG saw it and posted it on the main page of the frustration I would be ecstatic because a liberal posted this...not a mainstream media source. It was "homegrown."
