why this doesn't fall under Posse Comitatus?

Congressman Lieu, who was a JAG lawyer himself, tweeted yesterday that this is a stupid idea. He said that JAG lawyers don't know anything about immigration law and are ill equipped to work on these cases.

Another layer to the clusterfuck.
