The U.S. Government has issued extrajudicial death sentences for some immigrant children

and young adults who are here *legally* and have committed no crimes!

Didn’t the Constitution of the U.S. once prohibit the imposition of extrajudicial sentences of death?

Is this a trial balloon for expanded imposition of extrajudicial death sentences?

Cruelty is a feature, not a bug, after all . . .

Nothing less. I believe that makes it murder 1 which calls for a death sentence if it's not stopped first.

Call it like it is.

Being in this country undocumented is a civil offense akin to jaywalking and not a criminal offense.

The violation of the VIII Amendment is stark and in our faces.

who have done nothing wrong, have no opportunity or avenue for appeal, and who will die as surely as if they were executed by the U.S. Government!
