A seminal school prayer case from 1962. My husband and I actually looked at his house when we were house shopping in the late 1990s. He asked what I did for a living and when I told him I am an attorney, he said "I'm Engle,". Of Engle v Vitale? A true hero@
His obituary is linked below. He must be rolling in his grave.
