Cleveland now, they just don't understand that they cannot have their own "gun control island" in Ohio... A state with full preemption, they lost a major lawsuit a while back, over their own little gun control laws, and yet, knowing full well that it is a settled matter in Ohio, going all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court, they go and pass more "Cleveland only" gun control laws again... So, it is a foregone conclusion what the outcome will be...

Per O.R.C. 9.68, all firearm laws in Ohio, except those restricting the discharge of firearms and certain zoning regulations, supersede any local ordinances. This restriction on municipalities was upheld by the Ohio Supreme Court in the cases of OFCC vs. Clyde (2008) and City of Cleveland vs. State of Ohio (2010).[5]

They just love "REPEATEDLY" losing taxpayer money in court i guess.

But the real kicker is that it is not about "stopping gun violence", it's about values..

Funny thing is, today, the first lawsuit was just filed....LOL!!!! They literally have no defence, so it's time to make them pay.

As long as the taxpayer is footing the bill for the politicians actions, it won't change. Make these idiots pay for the legals bills out of their own pockets and this nonsense will stop real quick. I'm sick of these people fucking shit up for Democrats.
