Apparently the Democratic party's presumptive nominee will be meeting with an NRA lobbyist
Is the NRA still a "terrorist" organization?
If it makes those inclined to answer "yes" feel any better, I still have no intention of voting for Hillary. I know that such persons have a tendency to assume the NRA maintains a Svengali-like hold on the minds of 2A supporters but I am here to reassure you that such is not the case.

5. You have it exactly 180-degrees backwards. Apparently she is going to do with the NRA
exactly what she's doing with pharmaceutical companies like Valeant; slamming them publicly while taking money from them on the side so they can purchase her loyalty.
Do you think any legislation will move forward under the administration of someone taking money from the NRA? Do you think there would be vigorous enforcement of existing law? Your previous posts concerning politicians beholden to the NRA would lead me to believe you would hold her administration suspect. So now the question becomes: If Hillary is only faking opposition to the NRA while taking money from them where does that leave the loyalties for those such as yourself? |

8. Yuppers. She doesn't see Bernie as a serious threat anymore
Now that the pressure from the left has eased, she can go back to being a "Centrist" for the General and taking campaign contributions from a lot of new sources.
No real political impact, not one single gun control fanatic will disavow her, even if she invites Wayne over for dinner next week. |

Maybe not but I'm going to enjoy throwing their support Hillary at them.

10. C'mon, situational ethics is all they have left
Well, that and a misguided sense of moral superiority.
