Twelve arrested in South Jersey drugs, 'ghost guns' ring

Grewal said gun kits like those now outlawed in New Jersey offer the weapons "80 percent assembled," with easy-to-follow instructions and links to online video tutorials for buyers to complete assembly. In June last year, the Attorney General's Office sent cease and desist letters to online gun kit manufacturers, and Grewal indicated that investigations into those manufactures that continue to ship to New Jersey addresses are ongoing.
