I love Randi Rhodes intelligence and research, but...

I love Randi Rhodes intelligence and the homework she does, but her condescension with her audience is almost too much to take anymore.

When she explains something she always says “you” and she never says “us“, what this means is she knows the information and we don’t and she is superior to us and is educating us.

She can barely tolerate talking to someone who calls into the show unless they have a perfect cadence and question or comment.

I have earned the right to make these criticisms because I have listened to her for years and have been very involved in her message boards and I have financially supported her show also.

If you listen to her and you do not hear what I am hearing then check yourself, because it is painfully obvious.

Having said all that, her intelligence and research are more important and valuable than her faults. Oh, and I also wish she would admit her criticism of Hillary in 2016 didn’t help matters.

I also wish John Fugelsang would admit he didn’t help matters either

I recall waaay back on AAR, her sometimes letting it slip that her lack of formal education was a sense of insecurity for her. I believe that she enlisted in the air force at an early age-- may have been precipitated by some issues with family or perhaps a way to escape some behaviors. (conjecture on my part).

She's self-educated in a manner that has brought her success, so I credit her. But, I think in so doing, she projects some insecurity upon her audience.
