Oh, C'mon Chris Matthews. Why not welcome Ed to your time slot?

As you say, you keep talking all week, reminding us that your program will be broadcasted only once a day. Fine.

I don't know if I will watch Ed daily, will certainly catch him on occasion.

But when you keep saying that we will meet you only at 7:00 (ET), don't you think that many viewers are confused about what will take place at 5:00? Yeah, I get it. Not your job to explain this. But welcoming Ed would be.... generous.

where adversaries are expected to appear happy and supporting. As in the losing party usually calls on the supporters to unite behind the winner.
