C'mon Rachel/MSNBC - Nixon resignation speech?
I did not catch the beginning of the "warm-up" session, but as I entered the room there was Nixon announcing his resignation in 1974. I suppose they were commenting about presidential addresses from the Oval Office but Nixon resignation speech? Encourage the ones who rouse the troops back home with impeachment talk?
