EXCLUSIVE: INSIDE THE MILITARY'S TOP SECRET PLANS IF CORONAVIRUS CRIPPLES THE GOVERNMENT
BY WILLIAM M. ARKIN ON 3/18/20 AT 7:00 AM EDT

ven as President Trump says he tested negative for coronavirus, the COVID-19 pandemic raises the fear that huge swaths of the executive branch or even Congress and the Supreme Court could also be disabled, forcing the implementation of "continuity of government" plans that include evacuating Washington and "devolving" leadership to second-tier officials in remote and quarantined locations.

But Coronavirus is also new territory, where the military itself is vulnerable and the disaster scenarios being contemplated -- including the possibility of widespread domestic violence as a result of food shortages -- are forcing planners to look at what are called "extraordinary circumstances".

Above-Top Secret contingency plans already exist for what the military is supposed to do if all the Constitutional successors are incapacitated. Standby orders were issued more than three weeks ago to ready these plans, not just to protect Washington but also to prepare for the possibility of some form of martial law....

I read basically the same thing. Shithole knows he is losing overall. That is why he wants to lift the lock downs. He wants American people to die. He and the Republican party want total control of the USA. That is why the insane evangelists want more death.

Makes me think of things like, martial law, citizens shot, canceling the presidential election, conspiracy, anarchy. This thing Wm. Barr has been pushing--suspending Constitutional rights. Using this virus as an excuse to get everything they ever wanted. Complete power. We've seen this movie.

Putting on my tinfoil hat, I am very suspicious of ulterior motives...

That expression always makes me question the source. Top Secret is a classification level. There's nothing "above " it. After that, it's more of a case of just exactly who is "cleared" to have access. There are special clearances for various types of information. But if you have a TS clearance, you'll be eligible to get one if you TRULY have a "need to know ".

These scenarios are about if all hell brakes loose. Basically they are for when the alternative is chaos and anarchy.
