three miles up, three miles down.

Repeat if necessary.

I was happy that my basic training location (Ft Bliss, TX) had no named hills to run up and down. Lots of flat-land running. And it's a dry heat.

made it through this one...so many to remember that did not. Yet the fascists were finally defeated in a country far, far away. Now how about we get busy here destroying fascists. Voting will help no matter the pushback from fascists. Push back at them and don't be intimidated by these Amerikkkan cowards.
