Two top Fort Bragg generals are being summoned to testify at a pretrial hearing for the sexual misconduct court-martial of Brig. Gen. Jeffrey Sinclair.
The judge, Col. James Pohl, on Tuesday ordered Gen. Dan Allyn, who is commander of Forces Command, and Maj. Gen. Jeffrey Colt, commanding general at Fort Bragg, to appear.

Earlier Tuesday another top Fort Bragg general, Maj. Gen. James L. Huggins, commander of the 82nd Airborne Division, took the stand and discussed his orders prohibiting alcohol and pornography during his and Sinclair's deployment to Afghanistan last year and his initial response to the accusations against Sinclair.
Sinclair is accused of numerous charges involving three women, also Army officers, and is scheduled to face court-martial in June. The most-serious allegations accuse Sinclair of forcing a captain, with whom he had a three-year adulterous affair that started in an Iraq deployment and ended in Afghanistan, of twice performing oral sex.
