Michelle Obama called in to “The Russ Parr Morning Show,” and discussed about some of the challenges of living a healthy lifestyle, specifically in the African-American community. Hear the First Lady of the United States of America discuss obesity in the Black community, solutions, and the effort to heighten wellness in Black churches.

In addition to giving good talk on healthy living, Michelle Obama also talks about a soul food dish that President Barack Obama enjoys.
