Does anybody know when that was?

I'm working on a long-form piece against the death penalty, and one central theme I have is that victims of color are treated as less than white victims. I'm curious if anybody knows when the last execution of a murderer of a person of color was. Thanks!

1. Not sure, the last report I have read is from fall of last year.

That last person in that report was black, and their victim was black, they were executed on 9/17/14. Lisa Coleman of TX.

Now if you are looking for the execution of a white person who killed a black person, that would be on 9/25/13, Harry Mitts Jr of OH killed two men, one black on white.

Now further, if you are seeking an execution where a white person killed only a black person(s) that would be on 3/6/13 Frederick Treesh of OH was white and killed a black man.

Since 1976, in cases where a person is executed and they are white with a black victim, only accounts for 1.44% of all of the 1057 executions.
