Father will spend 6 months in jail for paying too much child support

Houston Tx.-A father will spend half of 2014 behind bars for doing too much for his son. After over paying child support and seeing his son too often- braking terms that were secretly modified w/o his knowledge- a judge sentenced him to a lengthy jail sentence.

I am dumb founded. Though it to me seems about not wanting to give back the over payment. The kid is 11. Any question of overpayment won't come til after 18yrs old, or collage. Help me with this.

2. Back in the 60s in Indiana,

my cousins ranged in age age from 8 to 14. They did not want to live with their mother due to her horrible lifestyle. My Uncle (their Dad) went to court and was granted full custody of them. Paying too much $$$$$ for support? Absurd.
