Anyone looking at the voting patterns knows that PoC put her over the top, so the anger and frustration is more intense against you. Hell, you didn't even listen when they told you what was in your best interest. The irony to me is that this group by and large was very interested in and receptive to the candidates at the start of the primaries. The opportunity was there, but lost. The anger now is misplaced, but what are you going to do? They have to place the blame somewhere, just not on the candidate, so you draw the short straw.

Apperently, the Hillary camp thinks that they don't need the votes from Bernie supporters (the same campaign has used Karl Rovian tactics to smear while swiftboating the most progressive candidate in two generations).

I wonder where this hatred towards Bernie Sanders, the most progressive candidate with a long record of standing with the African American caucus comes from.

I wonder where the hatred of his supporters (even his minority supporters) comes from. And what makes people think that their voices have no right to be heard, or their votes not counted.

Cowering from behind, coming to a won battle later, and taking credit for the effort despite a long history of being against what has been strived for...

I am also disheartened how kids have been used in dirty campaigns and dehumanized to please the sensitivities of an easily frightened white middle class.

Reminds me of the myth about Florence Nightingale. An African American woman did all the actual work, while Florence Nightingale took the credit.

One last point:

The Stonewall riots.

Struggles where white, middle class cis-gender men given the credit by white cis-gender feminists trying to marginalize not only African Americans, but also trans people in general.

These are just a few I can come up with on top of my head relevant to the civil rights struggles in USA where white people have tried to take credit for the efforts of minorities.
