See - every time we try and explain this very basic concept -

on rightwing message boards before I get banned.

I am saddened that so many alleged liberals dont understand the very simple basics of racism and white privilege, dont understand that since ONLY white people in America can be racist (as it is a function of power, not self) then ONLY white people can resolve racism in America; in America is important in this context as elsewhere the racism may exist in reverse depending on who has the power.

I am not going to argue with them anymore, I have more important things to do.

just how fucked up many so called progressives are, the white ones that is.

If they arent going overboard with politically correct food issues like outlawing large sodas, they are going off about something else that doesnt get to the real issues of the day.

I am for educating people about what to eat, for example, but forcing people to do something is usually not gonna work...

Yep and yep. Very little daylight between the DU and libertarian boards these days. And I'm sure it's a coincidence that many of the same folks that think that Edward Snowden hung the moon and that Glen Greenwald is the living embodiment of all truth and justice are the same ones that work overtime to deny the existence of racism/white privilege.

This place is a mess. Has been for a very long time.
