1. I enjoy cozy mysteries.

There is no want for intrigue, and the characters tend to grow on you. Their reserved enough not to shock your senses to short circuiting, which I find to be an easy going distraction in these times.

#45 and his agents have afforded enough shock, dismay and convolutions of reality, to cause everyday life to feel like a thriller. I'd say Cozy Mysteries, offer enough of the mundane enhanced with nuances of story telling to offer respite.

3. Cozy mysteries are my bedtime reading.

I love them. For some reason, I find them comforting. Thank you, Sheltie, for your recommendations. I wonder if they are an extension of my Nancy Drew/Secret Garden childhood reading.

I love cozies, did mysteries, and some were too descriptive, then I discovered cozies, and will never go back.

Thanks for the link, and some suggestions.
