He made his professional debut on 1968's Teen Titans #18 and worked on a number of popular Marvel and DC titles, including Amazing Spider-Man, Daredevil, Incredible Hulk, Justice League of America and Thor. However, he'll always be best known as the co-creator of Swamp Thing and of many of the most iconic X-Men characters, including Storm, Colossus, Nightcrawler and Wolverine.
