But they beat the arguably the most consistently disappointing team in the SEC over the last thirty years or so.

Not the worst team, mind you: just the most disappointing one overall on a yearly basis.

Not a fan of the "I'll just outscore you" route that football on all levels seems to be taking, so I'm much more intrigued by these games that feature defensive stops, oh, once in a while. To battle back from a 16-0 halftime deficit, tie the game at the end of regulation, and block a FG for the win? Beautiful football.

But I was going to wait until after the Rose Bowl.

Now how is the Big 12 doing? Iowa State is the only one to lose so far.

BTW, Nebraska lost, also.

Glad to see you back after your self imposed exile. How many completions will Tebow have next week??

0-2; 3-5; or 6-9?

And Nebraska is in the Big 10. Has that news made it to your hole yet?

I'm taking up a collection to send them to L.A. now, instead of waiting 'til the stadium is built. All they had to do was get it done at home, and St. Timmeh would've been back in obscurity.

Thankfully there's the Rose bowl today and the "I don't belong in a bowl game" Fight Hunger Bowl where Illinois managed to beat UCLA, and someone has to win those.
