5 questions that Armstrong answered yes to.

Did Armstrong take banned substances? "Yes."

Did that include the blood-booster EPO? "Yes."

Did he do blood doping and use transfusions? "Yes."

Did he use testosterone, cortisone and human growth hormone? "Yes."

Did he take banned substances or blood dope in all his Tour wins? "Yes."

Lance would have probably gotten away with it had he not been a major asshole to his teammates.

from the late 90's. (It's amazing how little has changed)

That I may post sometime (if I can find it online) but stated that the best way to encourage athletes to use performance enhancers is to put it on the ban list. The only thing outing a guy (such as Lance) does is tell everyone, "He won, so they must work".

There is no incentive to encourage an athlete to come clean, even those that voluntarily do so (without the weight of the evidence forcing them to) are treated like assholes and their accomplishments are now tarnished (according to the article)
