A bizarre offseason in Dallas with uncertainty looming for all staff members has just taken its latest turn. The latest member of the Cowboys organization to lose a lot of power is head coach Jason Garrett. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has stripped Garrett of his play-calling duties. Offensive coordinator/line coach Bill Callahan will now take over the play-calling duties. Last week, Garrett's brother, John, left the Cowboys coaching staff to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It seems increasingly likely that Jones has a plan up his sleeve and that he is setting up for a move that would send Garrett out the door in Dallas with a replacement ready to be named. There is no certainty to those rumors, but the chance that Garrett will be the Cowboys head coach in 2013 appears to be decreasing.
