Rockies fans who are frustrated should adopt the Pirates
NEW YORK — Hey, Rockies fan, how ya' doing?
What's that? You say you're frustrated by a team that showed such promise in April but has not been above .500 since June 23?
You say you'll scream if you hear one more cliche about the effort the team is putting forth while the execution disintegrates?
You say you traded in your Rockies purple for Broncos orange when the first training camp whistle was blown down at Dove Valley?
Hey, I get it. And I've got to admit that watching that Manning brothers' new rap video is far more entertaining than watching the Rockies right now. Two more losses here in the Big Apple would result in a 1-9 road trip, equaling the worst road trip in franchise history.
