Bronco's Von Miller reportedly named as potential witness to 2012 murders
As Von Miller awaits word on a possible multi-game suspension from the NFL, another situation regarding the star Denver defender has come to light. According to Chris Vanderveen of 9news.com in Colorado, Miller has been named as a possible witness to the murders of five people at a bar in October 2012.
Dexter Lewis, 23, is accused of stabbing five people to death at Feros Bar and Grill, then lighting the inside of the building on fire. Millers name appears along with dozens of other names in a court filing obtained by 9News.
This is just the latest twist in whats been a troubling offseason for Miller, the 2011 Defensive Rookie of the Year and a 2012 first-team All-Pro. Miller was arrested in August for missing a court date stemming from a traffic violation. That occurred as Miller was appealing a suspension for breaking the NFLs substance-abuse policy.
Miller now could be called to the stand once Lewiss case goes to trial. As Vanderveen points out, Miller is not believed to have had any involvement with the incident itself, beyond possibly being at the bar on the night in question.

Shit. Zac Dysert must be getting very disappointed in the team that drafted him.
