Kiwis planning to sue Oracle over "Herbie" modification

http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL1309/S00253/americas-cup-lawsuit-mooted-for-herbie-foil-trimming-mod.htm

Team New Zealand is preparing a legal challenge in the wake of the remarkable Oracle Team USA up-wind speed turnaround in the Americas Cup Regatta which ended this Thursday morning (NZ Time) with a Team USA victory.

Hi,

As you might have guessed from my username, I lived in Polynesia for several years, in Hawai'i. So what is Aotearoa thinking about this?

By the way, many of us in the Bay Area were behind the Kiwis all the way, since we can't stand Ellison's arrogance. If this story is even close to being true, it really shines though here.
